Getsitecontrol creates stunning widgets that work great and come with fantastic analytics integrated into the platform. The drag-and-drop editor is super user-friendly.

Here are my few gripes:
(1) Customizing can be a bit of a challenge when you're trying to tweak templates (but I get why it’s like that).
(2) Load times take a hit in Google Lighthouse when you set up Getsitecontrol. That said, any popup tool tends to have this problem. Still, I reckon the team should keep an eye on speed and size to help clients meet those tougher Page Experience standards.

All in all, whenever we run into a problem, support jumps in within minutes to provide step-by-step guides and practical advice in real-time. They even whip up code for us to copy and paste into the CSS editor when we need it. The service is top-notch and is the main reason we wouldn’t think about switching or looking into other options.
